To ensure the highest quality of products, we follow AQL Level 4.0 inspection method, but on special case we follow any inspection method our customers require.

We have a strong production tracking and client correspondence tracking system. Our client can check the total correspondence at any time through web.
Through email management service for effective communication where there is no way to lose any information.

Whenever a customer contacts us through e-mail this system automatically assigned a password for that customer. For log in customer needs to follow the link www.siatexbd.com/desk/ and then just click Forgot Password. After login in the customer can find the complete history of the correspondences from beginning to the till date.
Online Product Tracking
Our system possesses a complete data base for updating production status daily on 10.30 AM (BST) so that customers can see by themselves how their orders are proceeding, when the raw materials are in housed, when the in put are made and what are the daily out puts.
