We possess a strong portfolio of compliance factories with whom we closely cooperate. In most cases, we occupy a major part of their capacity which puts Siatex in a position to influence and closely monitor production flow. For factory selection and order allocation we take into account various factors such as product, price, capability and capacity of the factory, lead-time and so on.

Our day-to-day communication with customers and suppliers gives us a profound understanding of what our customers need.

Design and Product Development
Most customers provide detailed style sheets and "tech packs" which we follow for proto-typing, salesman samples and production.
However, through our own team of key-accouters, designers, garment technicians and QA experts we are in a position to offer as well design and product development services.
Depending on the customer's needs, this value added service can reach from basic design input for styles, prints or embroideries to the development of entire tailor-made collections.
Quality Control
For all our orders we execute constant in-line inspections across the entire production process and a final random AQL inspection accordingly. No shipment will be released without an inspection certificate issued by our office and signed by the head of QC.
We follow a high QMR standard and to ensure that our Quality Minimum Requirements are met, all our fabrics, yarns and finished garments are comprehensively lab tested by reputed international testing companies such as VERITAS, SGS or ITS
Production Planning and Order Follow Up
Very close monitoring of all steps in the production process is vital to ensure punctual shipments and avoid "unpleasant surprises" like expensive air-freights, short shipments or even cancellations.
We have fine-tuned our production status & process reporting system which enables our experienced merchandising and QC staff to easily detect arising problems at a very early stage and initiate immediate actions.
